RFHIC’s RDC40D10B is a 12.6W, 2000-6000 MHz, GaN Hybrid Power Amplifier Module designed for commercial radar, jammer radar, and military radar system applications. The RDC40D10B is designed with RFHIC’s state of the art gallium-nitride (GaN) on SiC HEMT, providing excellent thermal stability and high breakdown voltage.
